We offer the best selection for vintage lovers around the world.
No, our items are second hand, vintage from the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s, our favorite fashion periods! For a piece to be called vintage it must be at least ten years old and that’s what we look for when we shop at dawn as these pieces are of very good quality. We strive to choose pieces that are in very good condition or in good condition for our favorite, collectible pieces that are worth it!
We estimate the prices according to the time to find the nugget, the quality and the condition. If the piece comes from a big luxury house the prices will be a bit higher depending on the rarity of the piece!
Yes of course! The At Dawn team would love to give you advice or recommend items via their Instagram page.
Delivery
We deliver in all France and in 7 countries in Europe, for more information refer to the delivery page.
The cost of delivery will be directly calculated on the shopping cart page. The price of delivery is calculated using Boxtal, a solution that offers the services of different carriers (e.g. Chronopost, UPS, DHL, Colissimo, Mondial Relay etc.).
Yes, you can cancel your order. However, we will prepare, pack and process your order as quickly as possible once it is confirmed. So, it is impossible to modify it if you want to change the delivery address or even the payment method… However, you will have 3 hours after confirmation to cancel it completely. You will have to send us the reason of your cancellation by email to contact@atdawnparis.com. After this time we will not be able to cancel your order and you will have to proceed with the return procedure.
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours, except in some cases where your package will be shipped between 1 to 3 working days maximum.
A summary email regarding your order will be sent to you within 30 minutes with your tracking number once shipped. If you never receive your order confirmation, please contact us: contact@atdawnparis.com
Contact us directly by email contact@atdawnparis.com, if your package is indicated as being “delivered” unfortunately you must contact the carrier that you have chosen during the validation of your order.

Returns
The costs of returns are at your expense via La Poste or Mondial Relay. Being a small structure, we cannot, for the moment, offer free returns.
Yes of course, you have 14 days to return your item, please refer to our page dedicated to returns.
