Concerning our returns, you have 14 days to send us back the article, starting from the date of reception of the parcel. The clothes must not be worn (with traces of stains) or washed. 

If the article does not suit you, write us on contact@atdawnparis.com with the subject:

“RETURN: (your order number)”, in the email integrate your name + first name, the reasons for your return and photos of the item if needed. 

Upon receipt of your package, if the item has not been worn or stained we will proceed directly to your refund (excluding shipping costs) by the same means of payment you used when ordering. 

As soon as you proceed to a return, the costs will be at your charge, you can choose a return via La Poste or Mondial Relay. Then, we will communicate you the return address by mail.
